The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay men's basketball team held Youngstown State to 27% shooting from the field, posting a 55-46 win at the Resch Center in Green Bay on Thursday night.
The 27% shooting was the lowest field goal percentage by a UW-Green Bay opponent since Wright State shot just 26.9% in 2004.
Mike Schachtner scored a game high 21 points while guard Ryan Evanochko added 16 points for Green Bay.
The win sets up a big battle for third-place in the Horizon League standings Saturday night in Green Bay when the Phoenix host Loyola. The Ramblers currently hold a one-game lead over the fourth-place Phoenix, with the top three teams in the final standings earning a first-round bye in the league tournament.
