A new poll of likely voters in the state this April doesn't say much for the state Supreme Court race. Of those polled, 76 percent could not name a single sitting justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court , or the two candidates running for an open seat on the bench. Common Cause Wisconsin's Jay Heck says it's probably because court elections are held in April, justices serve for 10 year terms and about the only TV exposure supreme court candidates get are the political ads paid for by outside groups. For the record, it's attorney Linda Clifford versus Judge Annette Ziegler for state Supreme Court, April 3rd. The survey was paid for by the consevative Federalist Society.
