Whatever happened to good government in Wisconsin? And, can we fix it? Jay Heck with Common Cause says that's the topic of a public forum tonight on the UW campus, the fifth in a series of ten being held around the state. It's "an opportunity for citizens to voice their concerns, their frustrations," says Heck. Reform advocates, state Senators Mike Ellis and Jon Erpenbach, will be there. "We've even taken the liberty of someone who's opposed reform, or at least been a skeptic about it, Christian Schnedier of the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute ." The forum will be moderated by UW Madison Political Science Professor Ken Mayer. It's from 6:30 – 8:00 PM in the UW Humanities Building, 455 North Park St.
