Once bullish on Obama, a small business group is noticing some big changes in the President-elect's policy proposals.
The American Small Business League actually endorsed Democrat Barack Obama, but they've gone from bullish to concerned, after witnessing key small business policies, promised during the election, disappear from his transition website .
ASBL spokesman Chris Gunn says those include the dropping of a promise to institute a windfall profits tax on the oil and gas industry, in order to fund an emergency energy rebate for American families.
Gunn says the president-elect has also backtracked on proposals to prevent small business contracts from going to large corporations or international firms.
