A decision has been put off on who will represent the Weston prayer death parents as they appeal their reckless homicide convictions. Judge Vincent Howard was set to decide today whether Dale and Leilani Neumann are indigent, who should represent them during appeals and how those attorneys would be paid.
MPS hearing draws a crowd
More than 100 people turned out to speak at a public hearing in Milwaukee on proposals to reform the city’s school system.
