Assembly action may lead to lower drug prices
A coalition says the legislature is delivering the “right medicine” for consumers. The Assembly passed, on a voice vote Thursday, legislation that would exempt prescription drugs from the state’s minimum mark up law. It means big box stores could offer more $4 generic pharmaceuticals.

Bucks extend streak to 5
The Bucks continue to take advantage of the weak portion of their schedule. Thursday night they held on to defeat the Indiana Pacers 112-110. John Salmons led seven Bucks in double-figures with 20-points.
Five is Milwaukee’s magic number at the moment. They have won five-straight games overall and their last five on the road. Center Andrew Bogut posted his 5th consecutive double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds Thursday. John Salmons has played five games for the Bucks since being traded to Milwaukee from Chicago.
