The Bucks continue to take advantage of the weak portion of their schedule. Thursday night they held on to defeat the Indiana Pacers 112-110. John Salmons led seven Bucks in double-figures with 20-points.
Five is Milwaukee’s magic number at the moment. They have won five-straight games overall and their last five on the road. Center Andrew Bogut posted his 5th consecutive double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds Thursday. John Salmons has played five games for the Bucks since being traded to Milwaukee from Chicago.
Milwaukee almost gave the game away in the closing minutes. At one point in the 3rd quarter, the Bucks lead by 16-points but escaped by a single bucket.
The Bucks (29-28) will continue their road trek into the weekend. They play at Miami (29-29) Saturday and then in Atlanta (36-20) Sunday. Milwaukee has already won the season series with the Heat taking a home and home earlier this month. The Bucks and Hawks have yet to play this season. This will be the first of three the rest of the way.
