Wisconsin safety Chris Maragos went undrafted this weekend and signed a free agent contract with the San Francisco 49ers. He’ll head to San Francisco this weekend to participate in the 49ers rookie mini-camp.
Maragos received a call from the Niners shortly after the draft finished on Saturday.
Maragos started all 13 games at free safety for the Badgers last season and six games the year before after moving from wide receiver. As a senior, Maragos led the Badgers with 4 interceptions.
