The former housing authority director in Wisconsin Rapids has been charged with possessing child porn. Jeffrey Raasch made his first court appearance in Wood County Monday on five felony charges. A judge released Raasch on a 100-thousand dollar signature bond and ordered him not to have any unsupervised contact with anyone younger than 18. A future court date wasn’t immediately set. Investigators found the illegally downloaded material on computers they seized from the housing authority office in May. Raasch had been suspended during the investigation. He resigned at the end of June.
