Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby is in the best groove of his NFL career
and he’s approaching the franchise record for consecutive field goals made.
Crosby is off to a 9 for 9 start in field goals this season. Add that to the 7-straight he finished with last season and the Packers kicker has converted 16-straight field goal opportunities.
Crosby was named the NFC’s Special Teams Player of the Week after a 4 for 4 performance at Atlanta last week. The longest of the four was a 56-yard field goal that got the Packers offense on track.
