The University of Wisconsin men’s Outdoor Track and Field team won the Big Ten Championship on Sunday.
Wisconsin had to rally in their final few events to pull ahead in the meet. The Badgers finished the event with 122 points. Nebraska was 2nd with 115.5.
Along the way, the Badgers Mohammed Ahmed, set a Big Ten Meet record in the 5000 with a time of 13:41:06. (Previous: 13:47.39)
Ed Nuttycombe’s Badgers last won the outdoor title in 2007.
