Ryan Braun hit three home runs and added a 2-run triple in his final at bat,
leading the Milwaukee Brewers to a 8-3 win over the San Diego Padres at Petco Park.

Braun was retired his first time up, then homered in the 4th, 5th and 7th innings before stepping to the plate again in the 9th. Attempting to tie the record for most home runs in a game, Braun ripped a shot to right center and settled in with a triple.
The last player to hit 3-home runs and a triple in the same game was Fred Lynn back in 1975.
Braun tied a career high with 6 rbi’s.
