The Milwaukee Brewers return to action tonight at Miller Park. They’ll host
the Chicago Cubs in a battle to get out of the NL Central basement.
Both teams enter with 13-18 records, a full 7-games behind the front running St. Louis Cardinals. Matt Garza (2-1, 2.67) pitches for the Cubs tonight. Randy Wolf (2-3, 6.68) gets the start for the Brewers.
Tonight’s series opener marks the return to Miller Park by Dale Sveum, in his first year as the manager of the Cubs.
The Brewers are 7-8 at home this season. In 2011, they didn’t lose their 8th game until June 7.
