The Bucks added a defensive stopper in the first round of the NBA Draft. With the 14th overall pick, Milwaukee took North Carolina forward John Henson. The 6’11, 220 pound forward was named the ACC Defensive Player of the Year two times. He averaged 14 pts, 10 rebounds and 3 blocked shots per game last season for the Tar Heels. In the 2nd round, the Bucks took Kentucky guard Doron Lamb. He averaged 14 points per game last season and hit from 46% beyond the 3-point arc. With the first overall pick, the New Orleans Hornets picked Kentucky big man Anthony Davis. Kentucky forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist went to Charlotte. Washington took Florida guard Bradley Beal with the 3rd pick.
