It’s only 1-game, but Jim Boylan has a victory in his first game as the interim head
coach of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Brandon Jennings poured in 29 points to lead the Bucks to a 108-99 victory over the sinking Phoenix Suns.
Boylan also had a head coaching stint with the Chicago Bulls. He said he was probably too worried about trying to keep the job back then.

The Bucks put an end to their 4-game losing streak with the victory.

Boylan said he met with a number of players on Tuesday and is willing to listen to their ideas.
The Bucks target goal is a spot in the post-season playoffs and Boylan knows it’s his job to get the team playing to that level.
Counting Brandon Jennings, seven Bucks scored in double figures.
Jim Boylan became the fourth coach to take over a Bucks team in midseason, joining Larry Krystkowiak, Frank Hamblen and Don Nelson. Boylan’s first NBA head coaching victory came with the Chicago Bulls in 2007.
