The Milwaukee Bucks introduced former Atlanta Hawks coach Larry Drew as the
teams 13th head coach in franchise history today.
Drew said he’s confident he can put a winning product on the floor while maintaining strong relationships with his players.
Drew gets a 3-year deal with a team option for a fourth year. The total package is estimated to be around $10.5-million with more than $7.5-million in guaranteed money.
Bucks big man John Henson attended the news conference. Drew said Henson, Larry Sanders and Ersan Ilyasova are all good fits.
Drew said he hopes to have his coaching staff finalized within the next two weeks or possibly sooner.
