Bucks drop 7th straight (OT)

Philadelphia’s 7-1 big man Spencer Hawes hit an off-balance three-pointer from the corner with under 2-seconds to play in regulation forced overtime.  The 76ers went on to beat Milwaukee 115-107, sending the Bucks to their 7th straight loss.

The Bucks (2-9) got a season high 38 points from Caron Butler in the loss.  Butler’s three-pointer with 2:10 left in regulation, gave the Bucks a
98-88 lead and it looked like the Bucks were on their way to victory.

Luke Ridnour could have sealed the deal for the Bucks but made just one of two free throws with 3.9 seconds left to provide Hawes and the 76ers with the opening that they needed and would take advantage of.

The 76ers outscored the Bucks 13-5 in overtime for the win.

Ersan Ilyasova had 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in 41 minutes for the Bucks, who will return home to host Charlotte at the BMO Harris Bradley Center tonight.
