Replay showed Khris Middleton’s shot from the corner was a two-pointer with his foot on the line, instead of a three that would have tied the game and forced a second overtime. It meant the Milwaukee Bucks (6-22) fell short and lost to the Bobcats in Charlotte 111-110 in overtime.
Brandon Knight continues his improved play by leading the Bucks with 26 points, 14 assists and eight rebounds. Khris Middleton added 19 points and John Henson and O.J. Mayo added 14 points each. Henson returned to the Bucks lineup after missing Saturday’s win over Philadelphia at the Bradley Center.
The Bucks played in overtime for the third time in four games, falling to 1-5 in overtime games this season.
Al Jefferson led Charlotte (14-15) with 26 points and nine rebounds. Kemba Walker added 25 points and 10 assists for Charlotte.
