Three Dane County men are facing charges, after their arrests in connection with a rash of graffiti at locations on and near the UW-Madison campus.
Timothy Arnold of Madison, Frank Horton of Madison and Adam Ritchie of McFarland are all 21-years-old. According to UW-Madison Police, the three are suspected of tagging the Wolfsangel and Valknut symbols in green spray paint throughout the UW-Madison Campus and the downtown City of Madison area.
Both symbols are associated with white supremacist groups.
Arnold was arrested by UW-Madison Police. Ritchie and Horton were arrested by Madison police. Arnold was intoxicated and fought with an officer when he was found Wednesday night sleeping outside Vilas Hall.
All three men have been referred to the Dane County District Attorney’s Office on tentative charges of criminal damage to property.
