Children having a snowball fight in Oneida County got more than they expected, after taking aim at a passing car.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office says the driver of the car stopped in Rhinelander Saturday afternoon, after his car was hit by a snowball. The driver, described as a dark-haired, heavy-set man got out of the vehicle and put a 13-year-old in a choke hold and pushed him down. He also pushed a 10-year-old down, which caused a cut on the child’s arm.
A blonde heavy-set woman, who was a passenger in the car, also got out – although the sheriff’s office say she only yelled at the kids.
The vehicle was described as a silver/gray four-door sedan with a black patch on the passenger side front fender and a handicap plate starting with a double zero.
