Former Ashwaubenon High School coach Ken Golomski will be inducted into the National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame next March.
Golomski recently completed his ninth season on the St. Norbert football staff, coached 24 years, from 1983 to 2007 at Ashwaubenon.
As head coach of the Jaguars, Golomski won nine Bay Conference championships and qualified for the WIAA Playoffs 14 times. He led Ashwaubenon to WIAA Division 2 State Championships in 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2005, as well as state runner-up finishes in 1993 and 1998.
Golomski finished with a career record of 183-92 and was named Wisconsin Coach of the year in 1996 and 2005. He’s already been inducted into the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) Hall of Fame in 2005.
He’ll be honored at the WFCA Hall of Fame Banquet on March 25 at the Middleton Marriott West.
