Green Bay Packers cornerback Jarrett Bush was arrested early Sunday morning by the Vacaville (California) Police on suspicion of public intoxication and was later released with no charges.
Bush was released after paying $1600 bail. He was arrested after a fight broke out, outside a bar. When policed told Bush and others to clear the area, Bush refused to leave and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Police say Bush was cooperative at that point and was later released without charges.
Bush has been a core special teams player for nine seasons in Green Bay. He was voted special teams captain in the 2014 postseason.
After this past season ended, Bush wasn’t certain about his future with the Packers. He finished with 11 tackles and one pass break-up this past season and is set to hit the free agent market soon.
