Barnett-Howe wins Wisconsin State women's open

Appleton's Carolyn Barnett-Howe captured the Wisconsin State Women's Open on Thursday in Hartland. Barnett-Howe shot 2-day rounds of 2-over par 73 and 3-over par 74 and won by 5-shots. The win gives Barnett-Howe her 3rd State Open title including back to back wins.
