Harris' agent says his client will be in camp on time

June 22, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Just one day earlier, Al Harris told a Milwaukee newspaper that there was a chance he wouldn't report for training camp on time unless he had his contract restructured. On Wednesday, Harris' agent Jack Bechta told the Associated Press that Harris would be in camp on time. Harris is under contract through 2009, but missed all 14 voluntary OTA's because he's unhappy with that deal. Bechta said Harris wants a renegotiated deal, but he doesn't plan to press the issue in the preseason.
