Xavier's soccer coach retires

Appleton Xavier girls soccer coach Steve Kappell announced his retirement after 12 years with the school. Kappell is the first and only coach of the girls soccer program at Xavier. He finishes his career with a winning percentage of .707, recording 188 wins, 52 losses and 26 ties. That includes state championships in 2004 and 2005.
