Brewers open second half tonight

July 14, 2006 By WRN Contributor

The Milwaukee Brewers open the second half of the season tonight when they start a 9-game road trip against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Milwaukee goes in 2-games under .500, having lost three in a row. They trail the first place St. Louis Cardinals by 6-games in the Central Division race. The Brewers are hoping to get Ben Sheets and Tomo Ohka back in the lineup. The offense has also struggled in the last month or two for the Brewers. Doug Davis will pitch for the Brewers tonight.
