Giants Edge Crew

July 19, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Tomo Ohka was solid in his return to the Brewers rotation, but the Giants still grabbed a 4-3 win on Tuesday night. Ohka went five innings, giving up just 2 runs and striking out 3, but Moises Alou's pinch-hit double in the 6th off of reliever Geremi Gonzalez was the game-winner. Jamey Wright picked up the win. Prince Fielder went 3×4 to lead the Brewers offense. Milwaukee and the Giants wrap up their 3 game set this afternoon as Doug Davis takes on Matt Morris in San Francisco.
