Reds Reliever Out of Jail

Cincinnati Reds reliever Brian Shakelford was released from a Milwaukee jail on Thursday afternoon. Shakelford was arrested at Miller Park after Wednesday's series finale with the Brewers on accusations of 3rd degree sexual assault. The incident allegedly happened at a downtown Milwaukee hotel with a women he met on the Internet. No charges have been filed and he'll have to report back to the Milwaukee DA's office on August 21st. The Reds sent Shakelford to the minors on Thursday afternoon.
