Villanueva Happy To Be A Buck

July 19, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Forward Charlie Villanueva met the Wisconsin media for the first time since being traded to the Bucks in exchange for TJ Ford on Tuesday. Villanueva says that at first he was shocked to be traded after his rookie season, but now thinks the Bucks will be a good fit for him. He also said that he's excited to be able to play with Andrew Bogut. The former UConn player averaged 13 points and 6 rebounds during his rookie season in Toronto.
