Brewers fall to Clemens and Astros

August 21, 2006 By WRN Contributor

The Milwaukee Brewers two-game win streak came to an end on Sunday, falling to Roger Clemens and the Astros 3-1 at Miller Park. Clemens worked seven innings, struck out 7 and walked nobody to pick up his 5th win of the season. The only run he allowed came on Corey Hart's 3rd inning home run, his 4th of the season. The win for Clemens is career number 346. Doug Davis took the loss, falling to 9-7. The Brewers are off today. They'll open a 3-game series against Colorado at Miller Park on Tuesday night.
