Brewers win second straight over Pirates

David Bell's two-run single in the 13th innings snapped a 2-all tie and sent the Milwaukee Brewers to a 5-2 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. It was Bell's fourth hit of the day. Six relievers combined to throw seven shutout innings for the Brewers with Geremi Gonzales getting the win. Francisco Cordero notched the save, making him a perfect 8 for 8 in that role since coming to the Brewers. — The Brewers open a 4-game set against the Astro's at Miller Park tonight. Ben Sheets pitches for the Brewers.
