August 18, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Madison Memorial senior to be Keaton Nankivil grew up watching the Badger basketball team. Yesterday, Nankivil informed the University of his decision to play college ball at Wisconsin, accepting a scholarship offer to join the program in the 2007-2008 season. Nankivil picked the Badgers over Boston College and Marquette. The 6'9 Nankivil is a top 100 recruit in his class. He joins Oshkosh West senior Tim Jarmusz in the Badgers 2007 class. He averaged 16.3 points for Memorial, leading the Spartans to the division 1 title game.
