Chicago big man commits to UWGB

September 26, 2006 By WRN Contributor

The UW-Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team has received an oral commitment from 6-7 forward J.J. Henley from Chicago's Lincoln Park High School. Henley is the first Chicago-area player to commit to the Phoenix since coach Tod Kowalczyk took over in 2002. As a junior last season, Henley averaged 14 points, eight rebounds and four blocked shots a game.
