Marquette University women's basketball coach Terri Mitchell has received a contract extension through the 2012-2013 season, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today. Mitchell is entering her 12th season at Marquette and is the school's all-time winningest coach with 191 victories. Mitchell has also had her teams in the post-season eight times, including four in a row. The Golden Eagles won 22 games last season, which tied a school record.
