Platteville to name court after Ryan

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville announced today that it will honor current UW head coach Bo Ryan by naming the Williams Fieldhouse basketball court “Bo Ryan Court.” Ryan coached the Pioneers to four national titles and was named national coach of the year four times. Ryan made UW-Platteville a premier basketball program during his 15-year tenure. Besides the four national titles, he recored a 353-76 record from 1984-99 and his .822 winning percentage was the best in the history of NCAA Division III basketball. He guided the Pioneers to eight conference titles and 9 straight NCAA III playoff appearances.
