Report details fatal toll of domestic violence

September 21, 2006 By WRN Contributor

A new report details homicides stemming from domestic violence.

The Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence has released the Domestic Violence Homicide report annually for the past five years. This year's version chronicles the domestic violence-related deaths of 33 2004. The coalition's Patti Seger says that included two children. Seger says every one of us, whether we're aware of it or not, knows someone who has had their life affected by domestic violence.
