Ferguson gets more bad news

October 17, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Robert Ferguson got some bad news on his injured foot. He's been diagnosed with a Lisfranc injury, which could put him out for the rest of the season. It's not known if Ferguson will need surgery. He's been sidelined since initially injuring the foot in the Packers loss at Philadelphia. Ferguson's career in Green Bay has been plagued by injuries. He's had each of his last three seasons cut short. Without Ferguson, the Packers have only four receivers on their current roster.
