Hockey Badgers earn split with North Dakota

The Badger men's hockey team, after falling to North Dakota 3-2 in overtime on Friday, scored a 1-0 shutout win over the Fighting Sioux on Saturday. Jake Dowell's third-period goal was the only goal of the game. Senior goaltender Brian Elliott recorded his 13th career shutout and 2nd of the season in three games. The Badgers played without regulars Jack Skille, ross Carlson and Kyle Klubertanz, who were all injured in Friday nights loss.
