Madison area native Matt Kenseth finds himself in 4th place in the Nascar Nextel Cup Chase for the Championship points standings this week. Kenseth is 84 points behind series leader Jeff Burton with seven races to go. Kenseth spun out on lap 145 and eventually rejoined Sunday's Banquet 400 at Kansas Speedway, but finished a disappointing 23rd. Tony Stewart won yesterday's race.
