Notre Dame, Edgewood claim girls golf titles

A couple of private schools have claimed WIAA girls golf titles in Verona on Tuesday. Green Bay Notre Dame captured the division 1 title with a 23 stroke win over runnerup Onalaska. Madison Edgewood set a state record by winning its sixth straight division 2 title. Middleton junior Lindsey Solberg won the division 1 individual title, while defending champion Lindsay Danielson of Osceola took the division 2 individual crown.
