October 11, 2006 By WRN Contributor

The UW-Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team has all five of its starters returning from last years 8-8 team. They've been picked to finish second in the Horizon League preseason poll. Loyolla received 31 of 44 first-place votes to finish first in the survey of league coaches, sports information directors and reporters. UW-Milwaukee, which is the three time defending Horizon League champions, returns no starters from last years title team. Rob Jeter's Panthers have been picked to finish 7th.
