Robinson enters guilty pleas

October 17, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Koren Robinson pleaded not guilty to charges of drunken driving and fleeing police at a hearing in Saint Peter, Minnesota today. Police say Robinson's blood-alcohol content was measured at .11, over the legal limit of .08. The Vikings released Robinson after the incident and he signed a free agent contract with the Packers in early September. The NFL has notified Robinson that it has suspended him for a year, but Robinson has appealed and will be allowed to continue playing until that appeal is heard.
