Doyle declared winner

November 8, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Governor Jim Doyle has been declared the winner in the race for governor. With just over 43% of precincts reporting, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal is calling the race for the Democratic incumbent, with 53% of the vote. Congressman Mark Green has conceded the race to his supporters in Green Bay.

The race for attorney general remains too close to call — Democrat Kathleen Falk maintains a narrow lead over Republican J.B. Van Holllen.
