Patriots are excellent road team

November 18, 2006 By WRN Contributor

The New England Patriots may be cominig to Lambeau Field for a matchup with the Green Bay Packers tomorrow riding a two-game losing streak, but Packers fans shouldn't get too comfortable with that.

The Patriots are 4-0 on the road this season and have won 6-in-a-row dating back to last season.  The Patriots two straight losses have both come at home.  The last time they played away from Foxboro, they crushed the Vikings 31-7.  That may not be a good sign for the Packers, who have found a way to win just one time at Lambeau Field this season against Arizona.

Brett Favre also has more than a sore ankle that's bothering him.  Favre injured his groin in practice on Thursday and took only a limited number of snaps on Friday.  Favre is expected to play on Sunday against the Patriots.
