Jenkins first start at end a good one

December 18, 2006 By WRN Contributor

The Green Bay Packers gave Cullen Jenkins his first start at defensive end and it was a memorable one.

Jenkins recorded three sacks, five quarterback hurries, five tackles, one fumble recovery and a pass deflection.

Jenkins started for the first time at defensive end, getting the nod over Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila.

Jenkins is in the final year of his contract and may have earned himself a substantial raise based on his play the last two weeks.
