January 16, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The Wisconsin Badgers took another step up the top 25 ladder, getting 21 first place votes in the Associated Press poll and coming in at #2 this week.

The Badgers have won 13 in-a-row and are 17-1 on the season.  It's the highest ever ranking for the Badgers, who are also 3rd in the coaches poll.

Wisconsin returns to Big Ten action Wednesday night, hosting Purdue at the Kohl Center.
