Marquette women end long drought against Notre Dame

17th ranked Marquette ended a long drought against Notre Dame in women's college basketball action on Tuesday night. 

Efueko Osagie-Landry scored 15 points and Krystal Ellis added 12 to lead the Golden Eagles to a 71-62 victory, the first Marquette women over the Irish dating back to 1992.

Charel Allen led Notre Dame (13-6, 4-2) with 17 points in the loss.
