Meyer resigns football post at UW-Oshkosh

January 24, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Milwaukee native Phil Meyer resigned as head football coach at UW-Oshkosh to take the offensive line coaching position at the University of Minnesota.

Meyer had a 31-38 record at Oshkosh with 17-wins over the last three seasons.

The search for a successor at Oshkosh will begin immediately.  The Titans will be one of three schools in the WIAC with a new head coach next season, joining UW-Whitewather and UW-Stout.
