Badgers 17-game streak over

The nation's longest win streak, the 17-game stretch put together by the 2nd ranked Wisconsin Badgers , is history.  The Badgers fell to the 25th ranked Indiana Hoosiers 71-66 in Bloomington, Indiana last night (Wednesday).

The Badgers led by two at the half, but Indiana shot 62% from the field in the second half to pull out the win.  A-J Ratliff scored 18 of his season-high 20 points in the second half to lead the Hoosiers.

Alando Tucker scored 23 for the Badgers to lead all scorers.  Wisconsin lost for the first time in Big Ten play, falling to 8-1.  The Badgers are 21-2 overall and return to Madison to face Northwestern on Saturday at the Kohl Center.
