Petitgoue wins No. 700

Cuba City boys basketball coach Jerry Petitgoue reached a career milestone Tuesday night, winning his 700th game, 63-42 over Fennimore.

Petitgoue is the winningest coach in Wisconsin history, improving his record to 700-185, in this, his 40th season in coaching.  Thirty-Six of those 40 seasons have come at Cuba City. 

Cuba City improved to 15-1 overall.  The Cubans are ranked 5th in the state in the Division 3 boys basketball poll.
